I'm excited to introduce you to the newest addition to Campden Beauty Wellness & Breath: My Breathwork Studio. This serene space has been created with your well-being in mind, offering a sanctuary where you can reconnect with yourself and find peace amidst the chaos of daily life.
The breath is the remote control to your nervous system. In our busy, fast-paced lives, we often operate on autopilot, constantly switched on and unaware of how dysregulated our bodies have become. This chronic state of stress and overdrive affects how we show up in the world, compromising our emotional well-being and overall health.
Breathwork is a powerful tool for managing anxiety and overwhelm. It helps clear out the stress accumulated in our bodies and brings us back to a more balanced and regulated state. Here are some of the key benefits of breathwork:
I have created the Breath Studio as a safe and nurturing environment where individuals can come to manage their anxiety and overwhelm. This space is designed to help you clear out stress from your body and mind, providing you with the tools and support to achieve a state of calm and regulation
My new studio offers personalised 1-on-1 sessions and small group sessions for a maximum of 4 people. The benefits of a small group setting are profound. It allows for a more intimate and supportive environment, where participants can connect and share their experiences, fostering a sense of community and collective healing.

This class will create a deeply relaxing and nourishing experience that enables you to switch off that stress response and access deep relaxation and rest. These sessions are perfect for those spending too much time in the fight/flight state which could look like. Feeling irritable, moody, angry a lot of the time, hyper-vigilant, anxious/panicky, always rushing, striving, busy mind and body, overwhelmed, can never switch off, digestive issues, muscle tension, racing thoughts & negative thinking.
Our primary purpose of this session is to bring you into a deep state of rest and relaxation using a combination of breathing techniques combined with essential oils, and progressive muscle relaxation all to a beautiful playlist, music enhances your experience as sound can be incredibly therapeutic and healing. As it works to stimulate our senses alongside the breath it can transport you on such a beautiful journey of healing and transformation.
This would be weekly sessions for a month. Perfect for anyone who is under a lot of stress.
Breathwork sessions work very well over Zoom. Ideal for those who can't get into the salon and prefer to be in the comfort of their own home.
Evening sessions can be arranged on request.

The purpose of our connect classes is to invite you to slow down, connect with your heart and the present moment and reflect on what's important in life. These sessions are perfect for anyone seeking to live a slower, more mindful and calmer life. These techniques are also very therapeutic so if you are experiencing PTSD or are dealing with past trauma, these techniques can be very nourishing for your nervous system.
Connect classes have been designed in mind to have journaling as a core part of the session with the first half of the class focusing on slowing down and connecting to the breath and then the second half completing a journaling practice. By incorporating journaling into these sessions I am offering you an opportunity to reflect on different aspects of your life and to enhance your understanding and relationship to stress which can further enhance your overall wellbeing day to day.

This class will take you on a journey beginning with calming down your nervous system, followed by clearing stress and then connecting back to your heart and the present moment.
We are not designed to live such busy, fast-paced, disconnected lives, on the go all of the time., caught up in stress and strive mode. It is damaging our health and our happiness . So many people are not aware that their nervous system is completely dysregulated and in need of some TLC! This is a beautiful gift to your nervous system.

I enjoyed the calm signature group class. I was a bit sceptical but was blown away by the emotions I felt from it. The main benefits I got from this group class was to try something new & let go of any preconceptions because they were completely wrong. I found it extremely beneficial for me it worked to release the stress & tension I was feeling.
Jane explained the breathing patterns perfectly and I fully understood what to do. Jane made the space feel calm and safe-Jane is easy to open up to. This class gave me a better understanding of how important our breath is to our well-being. Jane has such a calming energy and you can feel she cares about what she is teaching. I don't open up well or relax but with Jane, it just feels easy.

I had a wonderful experience. Jane made it really understandable at every stage. It felt like a safe space. I felt welcomed and relaxed at the start and very relaxed afterwards. Jane made me feel completely at ease. The benefit for me during the session was that I gave time to myself, to stop and focus on the calmness within that the session provided.
